According to Chinese customs regulations, personal items entering the country require the recipient's identification (front and back photos of the ID card) for customs clearance. We promise that all information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be used for any other purpose.
ID Card Image Requirements
- 1. The ID number and the copy must be consistent with the recipient's name. A real ID photo must be uploaded, otherwise it will delay the customs clearance process of the package.
- 2. The electronic version of the ID card copy can be obtained by scanning a photocopy or taking a photo with a mobile phone or camera.
- 3. The ID card copy can only be in jpg, bmp, or png format, and uploaded as separate front and back sides.
