Q: How to choose the paper format for printing?

A: If you are using a traditional printer (including but not limited to laser, inkjet, and dot matrix printers that print A4, A5, B5 format), please select the [A4 format] button and then click the [Print] button, the system will automatically load the A4 format paper style; if you are using a label printer, please select the [Thermal format] button and then click the [Print] button, the system will automatically load the thermal receipt format.
